Add a networked device----Other methods(Upper right corner)---Next---write down your rounter message----Config----Wait a moment-----It will successful--- --Now you will can use 4G instead of wifi

2: Does the camera support 2.4G and 5G WiFi? Why the camera failed to connect to my wifi network?
The camera only support use with 2.4GHZ wifi, its cant support 5GHZ network.
