Only accept to return the faulty products.
Free return within 15 days : if you receive the faulty goods or the wrong orders, you can take a picture and send it to Fugobest (official Facebook page)in 15 days. There will be the staff to refund your order after the confirmation. The refund will be back at your “Store Credits”in your account and you can use it next time.
We don’t offer the service of the returns and exchanges because the international delivery is much more complicated. Please confirm the order again before the checkout. We will also check and pack the order carefully before we deliver it.
The colors do not look the same in different devices such as cellphones or computers. So when you receive the order, you may have a slight color difference problem. Besides, every genuine leather strap may not have the same color due to the leather-making process.If it concerns you a lot, please ask the customer servicer for the detail of the product. The customer servicer will help you take the pictures of the product you want.
